Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl Halftime Show

It finally happened, Kendrick Lamar performed at the Super Bowl Halftime Show.

It was a star-studded performance, with Kendrick bringing Samuel L. Jackson, SZA and Serena Williams on the pitch.

There was speculation regarding whether Kendrick would play his Grammy award-winning diss track about Drake, however, Kendrick teased fans by saying “I want to play their favourite song, but you know they love to sue.”

The setlist was as follows:

GNX

Squabble Up

Humble

DNA

Euphoria

Man at the Garden

Peekaboo

Luther (with SZA)

All The Stars (with SZA)

Not Like Us

TV Off (with DJ Mustard)

There have been mixed reviews online, with Kendrick Lamar trending at number one on South Korea’s biggest music streaming platform, MelOn, yet some fans say it was the worst ever. We disagree.

Most importantly, Kendrick seemed happy with his performance.
