Al Ain, UAE – The United Arab Emirates (UAE) joined the Sultanate of Oman in celebrating its 54th National Day with a vibrant ceremony held at Al Madheef Port in Al Ain. This event showcased the deep-rooted ties and shared heritage between the two neighbouring nations.

The celebration began with the playing of the national anthems of both countries, followed by captivating artistic and musical performances by the Abu Dhabi Police Military Music Band. Traditional folk art displays added a cultural flair, reflecting the rich traditions shared by Oman and the UAE.

The event was attended by officers from the Al Buraimi Governorate Police Command, representatives from border centres in Al Ain, and officials from various government entities in the governorate. Their participation highlighted the strong cooperation and unity between the two countries.

The ceremony served as a testament to the enduring bonds of friendship and mutual respect that characterise the relationship between Oman and the UAE, as both nations continue to celebrate their shared history and future aspirations.
